Swag shop and merchandise

This is a controlled document

In line with Open Energy Transition regulatory obligations, changes to Controlled documents must be approved and merged by a code maintainer. All contributions are welcome and encouraged.

Visit the shop

Browse the OET swag shop to see the merchandise currently available. You can select products and add them to your cart directly from the catalogue.

Manage the shop

Authorized team members can sign in to Stadium using the OET account associated with info@openenergytransition.org. Contact the Marketing team if you need access or help with a change.

Edit the shop

Open the profile menu and select My Shops.

Find the OET shop, click its three dot menu, and select Edit. Here you can update the logo, top banner, and general shop settings.

Edit an existing product

Select My Swag from the left menu to view the products in the catalogue.

To ask Stadium to make a change, open the product’s three dot menu and select Request changes, or contact the Stadium team through the chat. Requests may take a few days, and further revisions are handled by email.

To make a design change yourself, select Edit your design on the product. The available options depend on the item’s material, colours, and printing method. You can ask the Stadium team for guidance if you are unsure which option to use.

The Marketing team can help prepare artwork that follows OET’s visual identity and advise on printing methods and materials. Marketing approval is required before an updated product is made available in the shop.

Request a new product

Select Shop Swag near the bottom of the left menu.

Browse the catalogue or filter products by price, features, brand, or colour. Add the item you want to your bag to begin a mockup request. This does not place an order.

Follow the prompts to share your branding requirements with the Stadium team. Include a copy of OET’s style guide and specify the appropriate printing method for the item. Then open your bag and select Request mockups.

The Stadium team will prepare mockups, usually within a few days. Review them with the Marketing team before making the product available in the OET shop.

Once the product appears under My Swag, you can make further edits or request changes from Stadium.
